We can keep an organized check on all those who make claims of the deepest forms of abuse and trickery that others struggle to understand, acknowledge or actively gaslight. This can combat the sense of loneliness that these people are capable of creating for someone and give you that friend and family member chance of someone they know we all need in a world capable of such evils.
